Chef Phil is a home chef that found love in food and barbecue. With family roots and recipes tying back to The Carolinas by way of the South Bronx, NY, Chef Phil is honored to provide the world with the food he was raised on - food that reminds him of his family and their exciting Sunday dinners. Over the years, Chef Phil was able to use his family's food recipes and flavors as a base to form the food blend he calls "Food For Your Soul" (a blend of both the southern and city life) - slow-smoked, grilled food for families, and for the person on-the-go
